IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: This transaction requires you to use (or create) a Google Checkout account. (It is no more complicated than entering your credit card information, e-mail address, etc., as you would normally do when purchasing anything online.)  When you complete your payment transaction, Google Checkout will send us an e-mail confirming your order and payment. At that point, we will send you an order confirmation.

You will also be automatically forwarded to the Guide download page. Please follow the easy instructions there to download your document and enter the password. (If you are not re-directed to the download page, please e-mail us ASAP and we'll send you the correct link.)
